We are delighted to announce that Laurence Beaty was recognised as 2020 Apprentice of the Year by Strode College. Laurence joined Avalon Plastics on a Maintenance Engineering Apprenticeship in October 2018 and quickly gained the respect of the whole team for his enthusiasm, work ethic and ability to develop his skills and knowledge.
